We hired Taqueria Puebla through Red Cork Bistro & Catering for our wedding. The food was absolutely AMAZING! So many of our guests have told us multiple times that the tacos at our wedding were the best they've ever had. Adrian was such a pleasure to work and plan with. The buffet table was set up to match the elegance of our event. Everything was perfect! We still go to Taqueria Puebla frequently! I strongly suggest using Taqueria Puebla (Red Cork Bistro & Catering) as the caterer for your event. And at the very least go in to enjoy their DELICIOUS tacos!

This is my go to spot for Taco Tuesday! Their asada tacos are delicious with enough meat for me to turn 2 tacos into 4. The handmade guacamole is perfect. So glad we got this place here in our town instead of Taco Del Mar

Such a cool spot! I found it by chance while flying into PAE nearby. Glad I found it too. This little strip mall looks like a cute little story book craftsman style strip mall. Even QFC was muted and all white. Super cute. This place was super busy, friendly and welcoming. It was 100 degrees day but I chose to sit outside: very nice and cool around 7 pm. Plus, you get to see all the planes land! Food: Sopes / good! Very filling. I had tinga and carne asada. Tacos: yumm!! Chicken was delicious. Salsa was delicious too. Salsa bar : the best! Hottest sauces are the best!!! So hot and flavorful. Lines out the door for their little salsa bar and you can see why. Such a cute little spot in cute little strip mall with great views. Menu is small which I love. Can't wait to come back!

15/10!!! Ermahgerd! The BEST taco stand-esque food we have ever had! The handmade tortillas are what set it over the edge. I didn’t ask, but I believe they are a flour/corn hybrid. A bit fluffy, with that corn flavor. We had the carne asada classic burrito, and the asada, tinga, & Al pastor tacos. Everything was phenomenal. We will be back. That’s all I have to say about that.

I stopped here instead of subway and thank god I did. Their veggie tacos were delicious, all ingredients were flavored and done well, the rice and beans were so good and their salsa bar is NOT an average salsa bar. This little spot is legit. Not to mention the prices were so reasonable. So many reasons to eat here! Please keep doing what you’re doing!

Lengua tacos are amazing! Definitely recommend. The rest of what we ordered was delicious, only thing is the enchiladas didn’t have much meat in them but otherwise was great and I’ll definitely be back.

Probably the best Mexican restaurant(in terms of taste) I have ever been to. Not wasting my money at any other Mexican restaurant even though I need to drive 20 miles to reach this place lol
